It holds regular large-scale spring and autumn auctions and the " ‘Guardian’ Four Seasons" auction every year. The company is headquartered in Beijing and has offices in Shanghai, Guangzhou, Nanjing, Hangzhou, Hong Kong, Taiwan, Japan, the United States and Canada. In May 2011, China Guardian established China Guardian (Hong Kong) International Auction Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary, and held its first auction in Hong Kong in October 2012. The company's business scope covers Chinese calligraphy and painting, twentieth-century and contemporary art, porcelain, jade, snuff bottles, Buddhist art, purple sand, weaving and embroidery, furniture crafts, national stone seal engravings, coins, rare books of ancient books, golden stone tablets, celebrity letters, manuscripts, Stamps, coins, gold and silver wares, celebrity handwriting signatures, jewellery, watches and clocks, wine, Maotai, etc.
