Press Release Submission Details

Press releases announcing current or coming exhibits by living artist may be submitted by email to karen@artpro.com or to Art Promotions, Inc. P.O. Box 3104 McLean, VA 22103. This service is $50. for artists and galleries in the Virginia, Maryland and Washington DC area, payable in advance. The releases must be no longer than one page. Please send files saved as a .doc or .txt or send the link URL.

The release should contain all pertinent information as to the gallery location, dates of the exhibit, type of art, artists being shown, as well as a contact phone number and email address.

The press releases will be published with a notation that they are courtesy of Art Promotions with a link to the Art Promotions Home Page at http://www.artpro.com. They will also carry a disclaimer noting no endorsement by Art Promotions, Inc. of the artist or gallery. No press releases of exhibits encouraging or condoning violence, please.

Artists outside the Washington, DC metropolitan area may submit press releases for a charge of $100.00
